Anerlisa Muigai is one of the few popular Kenyan women on Instagram who can actually show the work she does (sneak-dissing socialites), that being the CEO of a water company.
While her page might be used for promoting her business activities and showing off her various “love” interests, it also focuses on body image issues. Ms Muigai, as you may well know, has struggled with obesity before she lost a lot of the weight a few years ago.
She has variously encouraged young girls/ladies to be positive about their body image while also promoting a healthy lifestyle of gym work and proper nutrition.
But it isn’t uncommon for the Keroche heiress to still be trolled about her body according to her. She wrote on her Instagram page:
You should be careful what you say to others. I do not appreciate when people comment on my picture calling me fat and all sorts of words to do with body size. I am human and I get hurt like everyone else. You should be very careful what you say to others. I am very open with you all on my page but some sort of respect to would be appreciated.

You need to work out more oftenly… Looking good.
Do you think it is o.k for one to comment about someone’s weight or should it be off-limits in an increasingly PC world? What part does truth play in this world?
