Anerlisa Muigai is one of the few popular Kenyan women on Instagram who can actually show the work she does (sneak-dissing socialites), that being the CEO of a water company.

While her page might be used for promoting her business activities and showing off her various "love" interests, it also focuses on body image issues. Ms Muigai, as you may well know, has struggled with obesity before she lost a lot of the weight a few years ago.

She has variously encouraged young girls/ladies to be positive about their body image while also promoting a healthy lifestyle of gym work and proper nutrition.
