You all remember Joseph Kori?

Well, Kori made headlines last year after his wife Mary Wambui was murdered by his alleged side chic, Judy Wangui.

Wambui disappeared after which her body was found the following day at Courtesy Beach in Juja.

Kori, the husband was also arrested and spent three weeks in custody.

He was released after investigators found difficulties in pinning the murder on Mr Kori.

However, Ms Judy Wangui, believed to be Mr Kori’s mistress and also the main suspect in the murder, is still locked up.

Kori is now a state witness.

Kori has been keeping a low profile there after and the only time he was seen in public was days after his release. He was spotted at Two Rivers Mall.

"He was wearing red shorts, a T-shirt and a Safari hat. He was in the company of a woman," said the source.
