One of Kenya's celebrated journalists Larry Madowo is aging...Very fast.

Just the other day, Larry was interning at KTN where according to him, he was sadly paid peanuts.

After being poached by NTV, it seems the news anchor cum feature writer has been smilling all the way to the bank.

After exiting The Trend, Madowo seems to be balling even more. He is currently enjoying his moment at the Maasai Mara as he was surprised with a cake by staff.

He wrote:

"What a beautiful birthday eve surprise for me last night! And the cake was delicious. Thank you so much"

30 years down the line, Madowo is still living life to the fullest... And no, he has shown no signs of getting married soon.

Even after he elicited mixed reactions from fans after he left the entertainment show, word on the street has it that he will be replaced by Citizen TV's Willis Raburu, in what many believe he has been poached.
