Wazir Benson Masubo, alias Wazir Chacha is the man who shot to the limelight when he was exposed for conning female MPs.

The Ben 10, who even shared photos in bed with former Bomet County woman rep Cecilia Ngetich, has been balling and recently he was arrested in Tanzania.

Wazir Chacha appeared before a Nairobi court on Tuesday and Senior Principal Magistrate Christine Njagi ordered that the accused be taken to Mathari Mental Hospital for psychiatric assessment after his lawyer claimed that he has mental problems.
