Akothee is beside herself after she learnt the news of the passing of a close pal.

Akothee who brands herself the President of Single Mothers is mourning the passing of one of her club members.

In a post she shared on Instagram, the mother of five said the news of the death left her bereft and bitter.

“So was the journey! It’s sad that I came to visit you and you could not wait any longer for our date my darling!" Akothee began her tribute. 

"Sharing your journey of single motherhood with me made me a stronger woman! You built me, sweetie. I visited your home today and all was empty. Fair Thee well 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾😭😭 Rest In peace. Your children are in God’s hands I will try my best that they don’t end up on the streets,” she wrote.

Akothee met her departed friend during one of her Akothee foundation charity events in Turkana.

Since then their bond grew. She is currently in Turkana accompanied by business heavy hitters from Italy and Peptang.
