Akothee joins a long line of Nairobi fisilets who are thirsting after her manager, Nelly Oaks. She has branded the manager a "kitungu". This is referencing men who make women cry, but the women will never leave the philandering men.

For a long time now, there has been speculation that Akothee and the manager could be dating. A few days ago, Nelly Oaks penned a #WCW message that raised eyebrows and made gossip pundits and fans wonder if they two have a secret relationship, we are not privy to.
