Classic FM presenter Carol Radull is one if the most highly respected and admired public figures around. She is a role model and a mentor to many including myself. Radull is arguably the best sports presenter Kenya has ever produced. She has risen the ranks to outshine the male-dominated field of sports presenting. Whenever she's live on air doing what she loves most with the SCORE Kenya crew; Roy Karuhize and Kieni Githinji, she leaves us glued to the radio. Her sweet voice and the way she critics sports makes you feel like you are seeing her live. She has won several awards both locally and internationally, thanks to her hard work.

October Well, they say a birthday is a special time to celebrate birth itself, the joy of life. It is also an occasion to rethink your life and I agree to that. Over the weekend, I was lucky enough to be invited for Carol Radull's birthday party. It was all pomp and flair at Impala Sports Club, Nairobi as many including Radio Jambo duo Ogidi and Ghost Mulee, former radio queen Ciku Muiruri, celebrated artiste Calvo Mistari and Fred Indimuli turned up for the much-anticipated party: probably the birthday party of the year. Carol Radull was turning 45 years old.

The Arsenal die hard is ageing like fine wine. Unlike many women her age, she is still beautiful, even more than those younger than her who look like old grannies with wrinkles all over their faces. CR, as she is popular referred to by many has managed to maintain her youthful looks. Exercising and eating healthy has always been her aim. She is among the few women who doesn't look their real ages. Julie Gichuru Mutoko are good examples.
