When it comes to proposing to the girl you love, you have to do it in the most adorable way. Otherwise, you'll get the worst rejection of your life. This can be seen in how Lonina, Sharon Mundia's boyfriend proposed and left Kenyan men wondering if such a location exists in Kenya.

However, she's not the only one who attempted to break a world record. David Osiany went the most unconventional way. Did he get some inspiration from the newly engaged stellar couple? This is how he proposed to his presenter girlfriend.

The former Student Organisation of Nairobi University (SONU) went live on Radio to tell his girlfriend that he would love to talk to her. When Syombua Mwele, Radio Citizen's Syombua Mwele was co-hosting her daily show Chapa Kazi alongside Jerida Andayi the unexpected came through.

"Wait, is that not my boyfriend?"

She was making a call to reward the winner of Patapata competition when she realized that it was her boyfriend.

“Wait, is that not my boyfriend? How could he be the day’s winner? Or did I call him on the office line and my co-host just redialed by mistake,” she told Nairobi News. David had organized with Mwele's bosses to make it happen.

“I was in total shock considering we hadn’t talked since Monday and I thought there was a problem between us, it caught me by total surprise,” she added. That feeling was long gone and now she's superexcited to walk down the isle.

In 2013, CNN's Jeanne Moos was proposed to live on air and it was too sweet! Watch the video below:
