Popular former Kenyan radio presenter Ciku Muiruri is a woman Kenyans love to hate. Up to her retirement from broadcasting, her infamous 'Busted' segment on radio was a dreaded thing.

The segment was meant to unearth cheating lovers, hence the fear from many cheaters. In fact, Ciku once busted her own boyfriend during one of her busted phone calls. Talk of the hunter becoming the hunted. Pheeew!

Ciku, who is the sister to one of Kenya's most controversial and vocal political commentators Tony Gachoka, found herself in a heated controversy in 2006, when she was caught on camera attending a party organized by the infamous suspected Armenian mercenaries Artur Sargsyan and Artur Margaryan.

That aside, the former Classic 105 and Nation FM presenter retired from radio in peace.

Now, Ciku Muiruri's daughter Erica Gachoka (who is a carbon copy of her mum) is charting her own course, away from her mother's fame. Erica, a student at the University of Nottingham in UK, has been making major milestones with her noble contribution to society.

At her tender age of 18 years, she has a foundation to her name, Le Ngai Foundation. Her quest to see needy Kenyans access blood easily, made her participate in the just held Bank of America Chicago Marathon to raise money for a mobile blood unit in Kenya.

Recently, Erica also collaborated with the Ahadi Kenya Trust's anti-jigger campaign, where she has been actively involved.
