The rumour mill has been abuzz with news of an apparent break-up between celebrity couple, Juliani and Brenda Wairimu.
It did not help that Brenda Wairimu while in an interview with Talk Central, told the viewers to stop referring to her as Julian’s baby mama because she felt she has already built her own brand and her name.
A few weeks later, Juliani was interviewed by Chito Ndhlovu of Kiss FM and he opened up about their failed relationship indirectly.
‘What’s the status of your relationship?’ Chito asked.
“THERE IS NO OFFICIAL POSITION WITH OUR RELATIONSHIP AND MAYBE EVERYONE IS RIGHT WITH WHAT THEY THINK ABOUT US,” he said.
Juliani went ahead to refer to Brenda as a lady with ego saying she’s not humble.
“I HAVE A SONG THAT WILL REVEAL TO YOU GUYS WHETHER WE ARE STILL DATING OR NOT BUT AS FAR AS WHAT I HAVE LEARNED IS HUMAN BEINGS HAVE EGO. BINADAMU HUJIDAI SANA, UNTIL YOU GET THEM IN HOSPITAL SICK OR DEAD. IT IS HIGH TIME WE HUMBLE OURSELVES ESPECIALLY IN RELATIONSHIPS AND AVOID INCLUDING EGO,” he added.
Juliani further revealed that he will be releasing a new song soon that will sum up everything about their relationship.
“I HAVE A SONG THAT WILL REVEAL TO YOU GUYS WHETHER WE ARE STILL DATING OR NOT BUT AS FAR AS WHAT I HAVE LEARNED IS HUMAN BEINGS HAVE EGO.”
Brenda, on the other hand, seems to have moved on and her latest post suggests so.
“Blink away tears and walk forward, even if the first step hurts…because we grow fearless, by walking into our fears.”
However, Brenda Wairimu clarified that yes, a while back, like really way back, they had broken up, but they patched things up.
“We had broken up before. I don’t think I’m that person who would go into details about why a relationship is working or not working but in that moment it wasn’t and we needed time out.”
Brenda went on to advise slay queens and Nairobi fisilets about relationships.
“This generation, people give up very easily in relationships. This is an example of kutoana mbali and working through the relationship together. Ni muhimu kuvumiliana, kusaidiana and to grow each other in relationships.”
