95-year-old Esther Wachira has today been arraigned in court and charged with Stealing Sh900, 000 as accrued rent.

Esther allegedly committed the offense between the year 2000 and 2014 in Shauri Moyo Estate. However, her children said that their mother is being intimidated over a Land Dispute.

The granny spent Wednesday night inside the cold cells of Kilimani Police station before she was taken to the Court where she denied the charge and was released on a personal bond of Sh100, 000 which should be cleared by her children.
