Never in a million years would I ever have thought I would hear someone say that they consider Sonko a role model. Well, not someone north of 15 years of age and who himself happens to be a role model but what do I know?

I recently came across a video that is trending of Ringtone's interview on the popular NTV show The Trend (literally the only local show I think had alot of thought channeled into it) and this is how that went:

And for the people I have seen laughing at Ringtone's English, you must appreciate the fact that this lad was a street child who turned his life around. Whatever smart-ass remark you might have about his English is now null and void.

Especially if you speak perfect English but still use matatus to get around.
