Do you have siblings? What's your relationship between you and them? Do you love your siblings? Would you help them when they're in trouble or vice versa?

Well, there are those siblings who love each other to death and will do anything, anytime for them. They behave like twins, unlike some siblings who thrive on hatred and don't see eye to eye. Joab Wako is a lucky brother.

He has a sister who loves him so much. The 25-year-old lad was diagnosed with kidney problem in 2015 and his sister came through for him.

"I lived with End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) otherwise known as Kidney Failure. I found out in 2015 my kidneys were failing, and by the time I was diagnosed, it was so advanced I was immediately put on dialysis.

I remained on dialysis for a year and a half. During that period I continued to work full-time to support myself as we organized a kidney transplant.

All this occurred when I was in the USa where the price of a transplant is exorbitant. As a result, our family decided on India because they have the expertise at a fraction of the cost," Joab said in an interview with Hummingbird.
