Anerlisa Muigai, daughter to Keroche breweries CEO Tabitha Muigai has marked two years since losing weight.

Anerlisa who now weighs 66Kgs had been struggling with a whole 124Kgs after she before hitting the gym and loosing that 'baggage.'

The entrepreneur says she hated looking at the mirror and would never thought of one day appreciating herself.

"Two years later I never thought I'd look into the mirror and appreciate myself. Today I am 66kgs from 124kg. It's not been easy but I made it. In January I would like to give everyone,who wants to loose weight,a chance to do it my way and also do it with me.
