Author/philanthropist Janet Mbugua is getting candid about how she deals with her struggles and she is baring out the ugly side of things.
The mother of 2, in a candid video she shared on her Instagram page disclosed how she cries herself to sleep sometimes, especially when going over some of the things that have shattered her over the past few years.
Janet highlighted that she allows herself to weep in a bid to reconcile her past self who didn't get to mourn and let out her frustrations with her present self who is doing work towards healing them both.
“Someone just asked me how I am. First off thank you, I'm pretty good... and I haven't said that in a long time. I still have my moments when I am trying to resolve what I have been through over the last few years.
I still have my moments when I cry a lot to sleep, and now I do it because I feel like a lot of crying I am doing lately is the unexpressed grief that I never got to do," the former prime time news anchor candidly said.
