Gospel artist Mary Lincoln has for the first time explained how difficult her pregnancy and her motherhood journey has been.

The mother of three in an interview with Wakirumba, revealed she had in the past suffered from a miscarriage.

"During my first pregnancy, every Friday something would happen.

I would find myself bleeding, but I never miscarried.

At some point, I miscarried at 6 months.

I could not even leave my bed during that time."

She got another chance at motherhood but it was not easy

"Not long after that I got another child.

But her back had a bend, At year one she had not walked nor could she hold her neck.

People started talking about me and my child.

After three years, it dawned she would never be the same.

I had to accept that I had given birth to a disabled child."

By God's grace, Mary Lincoln's daughter got better

"She only steadied her neck at 3 years past, she is now 15 years old.

People had even opened Whatsapp groups to contribute to my 'disabled' child'

Five years later she got pregnant again

'I got another child and when the child was around 6 months he developed Meningitis.

I stayed in Kenyatta for three months, the hospital had become like my second home."

Luckily for her, her daughter got well.

She got pregnant with her third child and it was something she had not foreseen.

Her child would cry non stop for months.

To date she says she cannot explain what was ailing her daughter.

'My daughter would cry and become stiff.

she cried for like three months without stopping. I would even leave her at my pastor's house.

I noticed she would only cry when we were in the bedroom but when we moved to another room she would go quiet.

I tried everything to no avail. By God's grace she went quiet on her own."

Mary Lincoln says at some point she had to move out of that house.

After that, her baby never cried again.

She has asked Kenyans to be keen about spirits sent to monitor you.
