Babu Owino is not the one for subtlety. He but that is clearly not his strong suit. He tries to go on the straight and narrow but his inner demons seem to get the better of him. This past month has had some incidences for Babu, with the allegation that he roughed up a parking attendant at Fortis Tower to the being arrested this past week over it.
