Musician Kevin Bahati and his wife, rapper Diana Marua have decided to stun fans with their controversial content yet again.

The couple who live on the edge as far as pushing their content goes have decided to participate in the challenge where loving couples share the same toothbrush.

In a video that they posted yesterday evening, the parents of 4 appeared happy as each took turns using the same toothbrush from each other's mouth.

Later, even before rinsing, Diana seemed to lean in to kiss Bahati before both burst into laughter.

They wrote:

This toothbrush-sharing gesture from Bahati's mouth to Diana's and back garnered various reactions from their fans.

Some fans viewed it as a sign of love, while others opposed, saying it was madness in a relationship.

Is it safe to share a toothbrush?

According to News Medical, sharing toothbrushes is not recommended. One study concluded that toothbrushes of both healthy and diseased individuals were loaded with bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas, and E. coli.

Hence, it can be concluded that toothbrush sharing with a healthy individual can pose serious health concerns.

Another expert, Anna Murphy, a dentist at Nova Dental Practice in Herndon, Virginia told LIVESTRONG that sharing a toothbrush is highly discouraged and it's a practice that should never be recommended
